Ingredients
- 20ml Juvenis Bourbon
- 15ml Calvados
- 15ml Apple liqueur
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Apple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura
Garnish Cinnamon + apple fan
Method
Apple syrup is made by combining 50% Tropicana cloudy apple juice with 50% sugar and boiling down. Build cocktail in a mason jar, add ice and stir.
