Ingredients
- 50ml Juvenis Bourbon
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 30ml Simple syrup
- ¼ Peach, cut up
- 15ml Peach liqueur
- Top Champagne
Garnish Dehydrated peach slice
Method
Place peach pieces in a shaker, add Juvenis, then muddle together until a fine pulp. Add remaining ingredients and ice, shake, double strain into a glass of choice. Top with a small amount of champagne.
